In our work with ‘The Football Development Programme’ over the past 5 years, i have always found Matt Walsh (Head of Coaching) and the team to always be very organised, enthusiastic and reliable. The courses they have devised based on ‘Numeracy’ and ‘Healthy Eating’ are relevant to curriculum. The children always enjoy and learn from the experience. Matt and the team always engage and excite the children with their classes. Their behaviour management strategies are excellent.

I would just like to say how well ‘The Numeracy through Football Initiative ©’ was delivered and received recently. The children thoroughly enjoyed the project, which was expertly delivered. The numeracy lesson was age-appropriate and all members of the class were able to achieve. By combining football and numeracy, the boys were totally engaged – but the girls also enjoyed it too. Although it was a one-off lesson, the children practised skills they could use again – and talked about the project for some time afterwards.
